    Before initiating arbitration, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, arbitration will proceed as outlined above.

  4. Scope of Relief

    Both parties retain the right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property breaches in a competent Swiss court.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

  1. Entire Agreement

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quranium SA regarding the use of the Website.

  2. Severability

    If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

  3. Force Majeure
